All of Our Items Are Shipped by the United States Post Office (USPS) And UPS.

Monday - Friday: Any Orders placed during the week, will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Saturday/Sunday: Any Orders Placed on a weekend day will be processed and ship within 3-5 business days.

No Packages Are Shipped On Sunday.

Please Double Check The Address At Checkout To Ensure The Address Is Correct.

Please Make Sure To Include An Apartment Number Or Suite Number If Applicable.

No Packages Will Ship On Postal Holidays.

Returns/Exchanges

To Complete Your Return, We Require a Receipt or Proof of Purchase.

Please print and enclose the Order Confirmation Invoice and Place it in the Package.

If You Haven’t Received A Refund Yet, First Check Your Bank Account Again. Then Contact Your Credit Card Company, It May Take Some Time Before the Credit is Posted.
